Landence Group wanted the marketing for their debut Australian multi-residential development to tower over its rivals.
Our interrogation of their project offering unlocked a brand name and positioning unlike any other. The shared space amenity and beautifully appointed apartments would reward residents with a luxury retreat, every day; a promise of everlasting indulgence and rejuvenation that also informed the choice of ‘The Evermore’ as the development’s marketing name. Inspired by the building’s twin tower composition in plan view, the elegant symmetry of our distinctive brand mark further reinforced this idea of perpetuity.
