Flemington is a suburb rich in history and increasingly, modern day amenity as well. In Kate Waterhouse—fashion guru, media personality and member of Australian horse racing’s first family—we identified an ambassador who personified the stylish, confident and authentic brand the project demanded. Having grown up around the racetrack and its environs, Kate could speak from the heart about Flemington’s evolution, and appreciate how the development’s spacious, sophisticated design would heighten the experience of living in the area. Featured in a high – end, ‘day in the life’ video, she thus became the centrepiece of a highly successful, multimedia campaign.
