An integrated developer builder with a 20-year history, Pace aspired to accelerate their expansion in the Melbourne market. Our task: review their existing brand with a need to align how Pace look, feel and act with their business ambition.
Engaging with a cross section of Pace employees through a rigorous brand strategy process, we determined that a complete refresh was required. Using the insights gathered, we developed Pace’s brand idea and brand strategy. Interpreting this strategy visually, our recrafted wordmark presents with a bold confidence, the vertical and horizontal strokes of the ‘P’ forming a raking arrowhead to symbolise ongoing growth and success. As an integral part of the rebrand, we also developed a location-based project naming system that promotes each new development individually, while constantly building equity in the Pace brand.
The rebrand has greatly elevated Pace’s market visibility, enabling continued growth and accelerated success.
